PAG AwardsOffers two for art related sites. One with three levels (Gold shown) that are given to recognize artists and to promote art in general (no porn). There are rules but they are closer to the feeling than the material.

The second one is only given to exceptionally beautiful sites on the web. Sites that go above and beyond both in design and content.

Caedes Webdesign Award

Announcing the first caedes.net web-design contest: Designing a new look for caedes.net! Anyone with experience using a graphics program like Photoshop is able to enter, no HTML coding needed. The winner will have his/her webdesign work featured as the default skin for caedes.net and receive a membership in the Caedes Cadre for as long as the design is in use. If the designer wishes, his/her website will be linked on the bottom of every page along with suitable attribution text. This would be a great source of referrals for those budding web designers out there. The contest will last until an acceptable design is found. Have your work viewed by millions!
