Annual Schools Web Design Awards

The theme for The Annual Schools Web Design Awards for 2007 was Journeys.Students were encouraged to utilise their web design skills, their ability to collaborate and work within a team to take visitors on a Journey of their own design. It could have been historical, geographical or a journey of personal growth in any area.
The purpose of the SkillsUSA Web Design Contest is to evaluate each contestant’s preparation for employment and to recognize outstanding students for excellence and professionalism in the field of web design and webmastering. Each team invited to the Nationals in Kansas City, Missouri will consist of individuals that will fill the roles of Web Designer, Webmaster and Web Developer.
The United States Military Academy is pleased to offer the third annual West Point Bridge Design Contest. The purpose of the contest is to provide middle school and high school students with a realistic, engaging introduction to engineering. We provide this contest as a service to education–and as a tribute to the Academy’s two hundred years of service to the United States of America.
The competition calls on designers to submit self-contained pages or whole sites that are no more than 5K in size, including all HTML, scripts, pictures, and style sheets.
WebPaDesign.com is pleased to announce a public competition to design a new WebPaDesign.com logo. This contest is open to anyone living in the state of Pennsylvania. This site is all about Pennsylvania web professionals and the logo should be designed by one of them. This logo will be used by WebPaDesign.com for the next year.
