Digby’s Web Awards (DWA) is dedicated to promoting the well-being, health and safety of dogs and cats. DWA is also dedicated to the promoting of good will towards the treatment of all animals large or small. DWA welcomes personal website owners to apply, but strictly encourages and demands that all aspects pertaining to this awards program be read BEFORE applying.
The purpose and mission is to award personal websites for their efforts in designing their personal websites. In this mission, author hopes to help create a safe environment for all people around the globe for a safe and enjoyable Internet for all to enjoy.
