Monday, April 30th, 2007
The goal of Vie’s Inn of Wonders’ Awards is to award those sites with not only outstanding looks and navigation, but more important, content that stimulates people to think about life and current situations in all its aspects.
The T.S. Graves Award Program wishes to reward webmasters who have spent countless hours putting their talents and time into creating websites of superior design and quality. Sites of useful and creative content, graphics, navigation and beauty. They wish to honor those webmasters who strive to better the world wide web and make it a better place for all to enjoy, and are always striving to improve their website.
The purpose of Tim’s Spider Awards is to reward webmasters and web mistresses for their creativity from design to content. The talents these people show, should be rewarded to encourage their continued growth, so they may blossom into outstanding sites which provide a safe environment for our children to surf, making the world wide web a more interesting and colourful place for all.
This program has been in operation since November 1998. The award has been redesigned some times, in September 2000 instead of the original single level there are now three levels, Gold, Silver and Bronze.
The Lynx Award Program is a Quality Stand Alone Award Program established in 1997. This Award is not automatic, all sites submitted by application are viewed. We hope that you will take the time to view this site and will apply for award, if you meet the criteria of The Lynx Award.
The Internet is a network; not a highway. It is there, not for a few to disseminate information. But for every visitor to learn. It is a network of Learning Fountains. To be successful on the Internet your website - your Learning Fountain - must satisfy the learning needs of your visitors. These needs may be provided by one of the following types of Learning Fountains:
“You’ve probably found, that a lot of “award-winning” sites on the Internet leave a lot to be desired. Every day, I see sites that were built only to get someone’s money or to inflate someone’s ego. Many sites were built with good intentions, but are plagued with misspelled words, terrible grammar, and numerous technical problems that irritate the viewer and destroy the credibility of the site. Still other sites were built to spread illegal or illicit materials, or to use the Web as a bully pulpit to spread hatred. What a waste of the Internet’s enormous potential!
The Purpose of the Fun Tyme Award Program is to provide recognition to webmasters for excellence, hard work and creativity through the giving of an award.
