The purpose of this award program is to seek out those webmasters and webmistresses who have gone further than most in the field of designing websites.

I look for good content, graphics and excellent coding. I am a strict evaluator because I don’t think it’s appropriate to give awards out like sweets. However If I see someone with a small spark of talent who has potential I will be lenient, because at the end of the day we have all stemmed from the beginnings of website design and development.

I also look forward to the fact of upgrading websites to see the dramatic changes that one has gone through to attain a higher award.
