The purpose DWA is to identify and honor all designers world wide for their efforts, hard work and skills. As a design award program, creativity should be the main criteria in all judgments.

The Dir Award program will hold Monthly Web Design contests, two Semi-annual Design competitions, a Student and an Annual competition in which participants will be able to choose from 8 categories. All participants will be notified as when submitting the project, when becoming a nominee, when the review process ends and when the final decision is taken.

The Gold Award is given to innovative projects that meet all the criteria and excel in originality, design, and content. To receive a Gold Award, you must score at least 90 points (out of 100).

The Silver Award is given to all projects that meet the general criteria, but still need some improvements. To receive a Silver Award, you must score at least 80 points (out of 100).

The Bronze Award is given to projects that are above average and have a good and clean design. Bronze Award winners must meet most of the general criteria and score at least 70 points (out of 100).
