Color Marketing GroupColor Marketing Group (CMG), founded in 1962 and based in Alexandria, Virginia, USA, is an international, not-for-profit Association of 1,300 Color Designers. Color Designers are professionals who enhance the function, salability and/or quality of a product through their knowledge and appropriate application of color. CMG members forecast Color Directions one to three years in advance for all industries, manufactured products and services. These Consumer/Residential and Contract/Commercial products include: Action/Recreation, Consumer Goods, Technology, Home, Visual Communications, Transportation, Juvenile Products, Fashion, and environments for Office, Health Care, Retail, Hospitality/Entertainment and Institutional/Public Spaces.

You have to love it when a plan comes together!

It’s a fascinating process putting together a festival like MIAF. And the Director collects the best and worst of those moments.

Some moments are irreplacible gems. Finding oneself standing in a tiny workshop surrounded by puppets – past, present and future stars of one of the finest puppet animation studios in the world qualifies as such a gem. Being casually asked – as a coffee cup is slid into ones hands – if I’d be interested in seeing their very latest film even though it’s “not quite finished yet” is even better. But putting that film up on the big screen here and now is best of all. will be a personal highlight of MIAF 06 for me.

David Lorenz Winston
David Lorenz Winston studied photography at Pennsylvania State University where he received a B.A. in art in 1965. His work reflects a lifelong love of the natural landscape and of human nature. While David’s photographs are inspired by the people and panoramas of Siberia, Peru, India, Nepal, Tibet, Greece, Portugal and Nova Scotia, most of his work is from Lancaster County, PA and the Delaware Valley in Pennsylvania where he lived before his recent move to Ashland, Oregon.

3D TotalIt all started in August 1999 as project to make a simple 3D resource site. . . . Then in July 2001 we released Version 2 which was seen by 100,000 visitors each month. The latest figures for show tremendous growth to over 1.5 million monthly visitor sessions.

FotoFestFotoFest® created the first international Biennial of Photography and Photo-related Art in the United States. FotoFest ® is an international non-profit photographic arts and education organization based in Houston, Texas.

FotoFest’s purpose is to promote the exchange of art and ideas through international programs and the presentation of photographic art. Our programs work globally and locally, bringing together an international vision of art and cross-cultural exchange with a commitment to community involvement and the enrichment of Houston’s cultural resources.

Each year we receive thousands of entries from firms of all sizes; our list of winners includes the most prestigious agencies, design houses and media creators from around the world. The yearly competition culminates with the publication of the Creativity Annual: a 400 page, full color hardcover distributed worldwide by Harper Collins.

Panoguide

PanoGuidePanoguide aims to provide a free central resource of information and discussion about panoramic photography. Currently panoguide focusses on techniques for creating panoramic images using a conventional camera and “stitching” the images together on a computer. However we intend to broaden the information on this site to cover other topics and techniques in the VR photography domain.
